Petition to create a writing forum

With the addition of our new portal, every forum member (except guest) is now able to write and submit articles.

If I created a new Writing Forum so that people could post articles, drafts, and hold discussion about writing and drafts and so on, would you be interested in using it?  I'd like to know what everyone thinks about it before forging ahead.  Of course, content contained within would only be limited by your imagination.

Sure I would.  At least, I'd try to until the next semester begins.  Then, time'll be tight.  But I'd ceratinly enjoy seeing what other people come up with, if I'm not alone on this.

Would the ability to write articles not count as writing?

ALSO! Writing is an art, therefore I say that people should just place writings and things in the Music and Arts forum.

having blogs would be cool.Since i used to do review blogs at 1up.com alot,i wouldn't mind using my blog (or article) to discuss/review some of the video games and import games i play,if anyone would even be interested in reading that...
