Ogawa looks somewhat cool, in a creepy sort of way, but that's all I can say for him because I never gave his series a bash so that's really all that I could say about him.
Meanwhile Tarma has such oddly-appealing, fluffy-looking hair, a funky martial-arts pose, a prospensity for injecting women with weird DNA, seemed to get away with all the fucked-up shit he did by saying he did it because he was weak and finally got turned into Makoto's sex slave. That's the sort of colourful material that I look for in a character.
