hope this is the right place to ask ...
I recently stumbled upon a pic and wondered if it comes from a game or CG series or something.

Looks like artist Bang You's work.  This definitely isn't from a game.  It's gotta be from an artist's page.

don't think it's him. nothing I have seen him make at least. tho he does like the female athelites.
