Our upset special of Round 3.  Both duos knocked off the higher seeds in the last round.
It's also a Rise series grudge match.  And these girls know how to hold a grudge.

Rai:
They're both oddball couples for sure, but I gotta give it to Makoto and Tarma for being the ones that seem to genuinely care about each other. Irear and Kiese got together more on a whim for political reasons.

Plus Kiese was still mentally a toddler, and legal ages exist because society basically agrees that kids need to be around for a certain amount of time to even know what 'love' is, and he doesn't even come close to that. He's liable to dump her for the next season's hottest cartoon/toy campaign.

Oh, but Tarma was revealed to be pretty much a boy too, wasn't he? Or was he just a man-child? Not sure that makes much difference in the emotional maturity argument. Oh whatever, they still seem a better fit than Kirear.

Tarma's old enough, he's just spoiled.  He'd always gotten what he wanted and never lost until Akira and Makoto came along, beat him up, and put him in his place.

Moge:
According to that one Tom Hanks flick its not okay for rapidly-aged children to have relationships, but I disgress;  Lil grown-up Link liked adult Zelda in Ocarina of Time.
