Yeah, maybe if possible, SNK would wise up and bring back Rugal in Maximum Impact 2. Or something. Rugal has no love from the developers! He was a much better villain than Duke was (Even though he went to the same school of SNK Last Boss Cheapasses).

Maybe I'll make a poll about who's the biggest SNK Last Boss villain cheapass in a future poll. I'll start right now.

Oh yeah, I HATE THAT GUY!! I call him Wind Guy because of him summoning up tornadoes and the like. He's thankfully unlocked pretty easily in the X-Box version, however, but the bad news is, he's hard to control. THE DAMN COMPUTER MAKES IT LOOK SO EASY! Curse that Goenitz and his Wind Attack.
