Damn. Issue with that is that I’m digitally tracing the uncensored art from the books, and/or eyeballing the pixel-by-pixel discolorations in the censoring to guess where the harder lines and shifts in color are.

And no, I’m not kidding on that last one. Perfectionism/OCD picks a hell of a time to kick in, neh?

I think I found something that might work... Its a decensoring tool that decensors pixels.

That is an interesting project, I do hope they improve their model.
If I ever get into DeepLearning, that would be an interesting project to make, uncensoring censored images.

Interesting. I've mostly just been trying to guess the light/shadow/half-tone/cast-shadow using the eye-dropper tool.

Can't see anything in your post, and when I try to visit the image's links, it gives me an Error message.
You should probably upload those pics to the forums, so when the forums get backed up, those images are saved here.

Partially true. Textual content from database is backed up to file periodically but I don't backup attachments folder.
Since building the new server early 2017, I haven't had a backup device attached. Not sure I need one, as the Raided SSDs should backup each other in event of single drive failure. This doesn't solve for complete server destruction though.
That said, I've just backed up the entire website to my workstations backup device, but since this is only 15 feet away it doesn't solve for complete home destruction (for which, admittedly, restoring the website would be low priority.) As a final deterrent against loss, I will aim to get it on a USB memory stick to be stored outside my home in future (will look for a suitable one in Black Friday sales) but if it ever had to be used for that purpose, the site probably would have been mostly offline for several weeks. Godaddy would likely allow me to redirect DNS somewhere to post a small webpage explaining the issue, but full recovery would take some time.

Still, should use the attachment feature for all content supported by it. I activated just about every common file type and set the size limit rather high at 20MB per attachment and 100 per post, so there's very little reason to use offsite linking to sites that aren't reliable. You can use reliable things like imgur or other major websites, but don't use unknown stuff or raw IP addresses.

nice job, there's a few things you can use as reference to improve, there's screenshots in one of the magazines where its partially uncensored, and the PC98 version of the game, show the shape of the lips.

Going to try just putting links, cus its not that easy to upload Sogna/Viper images to websits now a days, they get taken down really fast as well, its hard to pass on images to some of u guys since almost no one in here dosent have Twitter/FB/Discord/etc... makes it a BIT hard to pass images tbh.

Really, they take down Viper images these days?
why not just upload directly to this site?
do you have trouble uploading to the site?
If anything else, Imgur has been reliable in my experience, don't really use much other image hosts.
