I thought it was just Kemonomichi 2 at first glance, but I noticed some part 8 is mixed in, and now I notice how the different lighting between the two parts makes the panels stand out from each other a bit. I was originally going to ask if the dialogue was actually translated from the original, but if it's a mashup scenario then likely not. It's not a bad idea to convert VNs into more accessible comic form. Rascou apparently had part 1 in both formats anyway, though I don't know which version came first.
