Is there an actual program able to "reverse" the pixilated censoring(at least to some extent) or are images simply being redrawn in an uncensored version?

HAH! I wish...
I use any sources I can,
the original drawings in the artbooks..

I take that image, take the scene from the game, overlay the drawing to match the right frame..
and I draw in the details, some stuff I have no reference for, so I fill in the details myself..
My drawing tablet really, really helps too..

I only scan them as needed...
I have a few on this laptop, but they are in way too high resolution to post here...
sometimes I scan as high as 2400dpi TIFF files...

I did locate a guy who has a copy of 2-3 frames of Miki's bathroom rape scene.
I'm just playing the waiting game on him,
since he has bigger things going on.

Here's a sort of making of.. the Cala golum scene..
sure wish I had more references, such as original celgas, sketches.. or any drawings... especially the ones that were censored in-game..
