I googling so many times to find this doujinshi original , but always failed..

does anyone know this viper-ctr doujinshi's name or source?

No. NAS-O and Inoue are different people.
I've got that doujin and I don't recall it having more than 4 or 6 pages of a CTR side story.

I guess the eye styles are a bit similar.  Very weird. My apologies I am a bit of a nut for Inoue's designs.
